ZWave by Zimmer uses high energy radial shockwaves to improve collagen structure and the skin connective tissue as well as increase blood circulation. It stimulates collagen formation, while the skin becomes more elastic and its firmness is visible after only a few treatments.
ZWave is used either as a stand-alone treatment or in combination with other fat reduction methods. In the case of stand-alone treatment, the aim is to improve the skin structure and connective tissue namely cellulite and stretch marks in various parts of the body. When used in conjunction with cryotherapy for instance, fat reduction is enhanced.
